Roger's mediation practice began when the Oregon courts first adopted the voluntary court-sponsored mediation programs. Admitted to practice in Oregon and Washington, Roger appears in all state and federal courts. His practice focuses on construction claims and complex commercial disputes. His extensive experience includes managing, preparing and resolving delay, impact and productivity loss claims for large or mid-size contractors. Additional areas of expertise include debtor-creditor workouts, negotiating complex procurement agreements and real estate.
