We attended the Constructive Solutions Seminar for Building Forensics Experts. It was just what we needed. The focus on the rules of evidence and testimony skills helped us be better expert witnesses. We highly recommend the seminar.

Alternative Dispute Resolution

Roger's mediation practice began when the Oregon courts first adopted the voluntary court-sponsored mediation programs. Since then, he has developed an eclectic approach to dispute resolution, relying on careful legal analysis, creative problem solving, and an unwillingness to give up on settlement. With a business person's focus on the bottom line and a keen understanding of human nature, Roger can help find solutions in even the toughest disputes. He mediates disputes before and after litigation begins and works with lawyers or directly with business people in conflict. Read more about Roger's mediation philosophy and practice.

Alternative dispute resolution means more than mediation. Roger also serves as an arbitrator, referee or designated neutral. His knowledge of the law and industry enables him to understand the issues quickly and make sound decisions.

His extensive experience includes managing, preparing and resolving delay, impact and productivity loss claims for large or mid-size contractors.
